Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you order from Seven86 through seven86.pk, by phone, by WhatsApp or at the counter.

Orders

• An order placed on the website is confirmed once the shop accepts it. You will see the status change to "Received" on the tracking page.
• We may call the phone number on the order to confirm it. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
• If an item runs out after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or remove it from the bill.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown separately before you pay.
• You can pay by cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. For transfers, the order is prepared after the payment screenshot is checked.
• Promo codes have their own conditions (minimum order, dates, timings) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery

• We deliver to the areas listed on the Location page. Each area has its own delivery fee and minimum order.
• Delivery times are estimates. Rain, traffic and load-shedding in Karachi can slow a rider down.
• Please keep your phone on. If the rider cannot reach you, the order may be returned and still be payable.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel free of charge before the kitchen starts preparing the order. Call or WhatsApp us straight away.
• If something is wrong or missing, tell us within 30 minutes of receiving the order with a photo, and we will replace it or refund that item.
• Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the same account, usually within 3 working days.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy and sesame. We cannot promise any item is free of these. Tell us about allergies in the order note.
